The following gantt chart shows a typical project critical time path for the implementation of Bird Flu disruption counter-measures for an organisation in the order of 1000 employees in two or three locations in a single city.
Ensure to take into account additional resources required for businesses with more employees and/or businesses with a larger geographical spread.
