| Main Entrance/Visitor Reception |

Staff Access All staff may access the office through all entrances. No restrictions are in place. Visitor Access All visitors (except delivery pick-up/drop-off) must access the office through the main entrance visitor reception. No additional restrictions are in place. Delivery Pick-up/Drop-off Access No delivery pick-up/drop-off is accepted at main entrance visitor reception. All services will access only through a secondary entrance. All delivery pick up/drop off brought to main entrance visitor reception should informed of arrangements for subsequent deliveries. Suspected Sickness Evacuation Route The Quarantine Room is located (Quarantine Room Location). Persons suspected of being ill should immediately make their way to the Quarantine Room. |

Staff Access All staff may access the office through all entrances. No restrictions are in place. Visitor Access Visitors must only enter/leave the office through the main entrance/visitor reception. Staff accompanying visitors should escort the visitor to the main entrance/visitor reception prior to leaving. No additional restrictions are in place. Delivery Pick-up/Drop-off Access All services will access via the secondary entrance. No delivery pick-up/drop-off is accepted at main entrance/visitor reception. These arrangements are in place to move delivery/pick up away from the main entrance ahead of increasing measures brought by Pandemic Alert Status - Orange. Suspected Sickness Evacuation Route Quarantine Room is located (Quarantine Room Location). Persons suspected of being ill should immediately make their way to the Quarantine Room. |
| Cargo Delivery |

Drop-off Delivery personnel to call Main Entrance/Visitor Reception for collection and delivery assistance. Building Entrance Entrance restrictions to the building may be imposed at any time by local authorities or the building management company. Staff will be notified immediately should this happen and the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for building closure will go into effect. |
