| Main Entrance/Visitor Reception |

Barrier A temporary 'always open' barrier serving as Illness Check Point will be set up before the main entrance visitor reception. Shoe Sterilisation Shoe sterilisation mats to be placed on floor area from entry way to illness checkpoint. Guard One guard with ear thermometer to be positioned at Illness Check Point to check temperature of all persons entering. Notices Posters reminding persons not to enter if they are suffering from symptoms and a desk with masks, gloves and wipes being offered to all. Use of masks, gloves and wipes is required by all visitors for the duration of their visit. Checked Stickers 'Visitor Checked' sticker to be placed on the lapel of all cleared visitors. Staff Access All staff are requested to use the Main Entrance Visitor Reception the first time they enter the office for the day. Wipe hands using the disinfectant materials supplied. Normal entry points may be used for the rest of the day although staff are reminded to disinfect hands when returning to office from running errands. Visitor Access All visitors (except delivery pick-up/drop-off) may only access the office through the main entrance visitor reception Illness Check Point. Delivery Pick-up/Drop-off Access No delivery pick-up/drop-off is accepted at main entrance/visitor reception. All services will access only through a secondary delivery entrance. All delivery pick up/drop off brought to main entrance/visitor reception should be re-directed to the secondary entrance. Suspected Sickness Evacuation Route The Quarantine Room is located in Room (Quarantine Room Location). Persons suspected of being ill should immediately make their way to the Quarantine Room. |

Notices reminding persons not to enter if they are suffering from symptoms, and a desk with masks, gloves and wipes being offered to all. Shoe Sterilisation Shoe sterilisation mats to be placed on floor area from entry way to illness checkpoint. Staff Access All staff may access the office using normal entry points except for the first entry that day when they are required to enter via the Main Entrance/Visitor Reception. Staff are reminded to disinfect hands when returning to office from running errands. Visitor Access Visitors must only enter/leave the office through the main entrance/visitor reception. Staff accompanying visitors should escort the visitor to the main entrance visitor reception prior to leaving. Delivery pick-up/drop-off access All services will access the office only via the secondary entrance illness checkpoint. No delivery pick up/drop off is accepted at main entrance/visitor reception. All deliveries to sterilised immediately and taken Mail Room for processing. Notices Notices instructing delivery pick-up/drop-off personnel to call to delivery collection to come outside to make exchange will be placed prominently next to the door. No delivery pick-up/drop-off personnel should enter the offices. Suspected Sickness Evacuation Route The Quarantine Room is located in Room (Quarantine Room Location). Persons suspected of being ill should immediately make their way to the Quarantine Room. |

Drop-off Delivery personnel to call Mail Collection personnel for collection and delivery assistance. Notices Notices pertaining to 'No Access' with contact number to be clearly placed on door entrance. Shoe Sterilisation Floor area from entry door to illness check point to be covered with sterilizing mats. Avoid Unnecessary Access Break down large deliveries to avoid delivery company staff needing to enter the office. Large/Heavy Deliveries Special arrangements should be made for large/heavy deliveries which need to be brought in by delivery company staff. This should include temperature check, shoe sterilisation, mask and gloves. Keep time spent in office and floor area covered to a minimum. Building Entrance Entrance restrictions to the building may be imposed at any time by local authorities or the building management company. Staff will be notified immediately should this happen and the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for building closure will go into effect. |
